During his 28 years in the U.S. Army, he earned the rank of Colonel and held key command and management assignments in all aspects of logistics and weapons systems acquisitions. With 44 years of experience in logistics, Mr. Hammond continues to guide the direction of INNOLOG.

PAMELA R. HOLMES
Senior Vice President, Contracts
Mrs. Holmes has been with INNOLOG since 1990 and is responsible for the company's marketing, strategic development, contracts and proposal development activities. She oversees the creation of all corporate marketing materials and actively participates in the planning and execution of INNOLOG's corporate growth objectives. Before joining INNOLOG, she was employed with Innovative Technology Incorporated. At this product-oriented firm, she planned and managed channel sales organization and customer service teams and was responsible for marketing materials, promotional development and GSA Schedule development.

JERRY THOMASVice President, Operations
Jerry Thomas has oversight responsibility for the Army/DoD and Air Force sectors. He is responsible for logistics consulting, solutions development and implementation, technical support for various projects and is responsible for various new business initiatives across the company. Mr. Thomas also provides corporate and government clients with consultative services in the areas of: strategic planning and management, Business Process Reengineering (BPR), continuous process improvement, ISO 9001:2000 certification preparation, project management, systems development and integration, and metrics/performance assessments. He is also responsible for the financial and operational performance of his group; along with management and execution of INNOLOG's DoD approved Mentor-Protege program. Mr. Thomas worked for INNOLOG previously (for 12 years); leaving in 2002 to purse other opportunities. Since 2002, he has continued to work in the business development arena with his last employer being Battelle where he was a Principal Research Scientist support AMC G-3, Deputy for Army Logistics Enterprise Integration.
